Embassy Suites Boca Raton

The staff was very friendly. The lobby was nice.

The floor on our level was wet from the roof leaking. It smelled very musty. The pool area was dirty. House keeping was poor and slow. It was definitely not worth the money. I would not go back.

My room was impressive with a comfortable bed and an outstanding breakfast. Extras like TV, a microwave and a refrigerator were appreciated. The hotel was in a stunning location, in the ' restaurant '. I found nice Jimmy John's by accident, it was relatively close to the property.

The breakfast was a nice way to start the day, thank you.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The rooms had terrible air quality. We moved several times before we had one that didn't smell like mildew. All rooms were very humid, even with the A/C running.

The bedroom was not very cleaned especially inside the bathroom. We asked to changed it and the concierges gave us another one just a little bit more acceptable. The hotel looks ok from the outside actually is old and not well maintained. The staff knows it and tries to help you with an indifferent attitude. The price at $280 is too high for what you get.

The rooms with a great decor.

Had a lovely time at this hotel. the complimentary drinks and quick room service from the Grill Restaurant made our rainy stay much cozier. The outdoor pool and lovely jacuzzi were perfect spots to unwind after a busy day. Everything was great except the room could have used a bit more attention to detail. a few more towels would have been nice! 😊

A simple breakdown of my visit

I stayed in a King Room for one night. The location was convenient, and the room was quiet. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with stains and a musty odor present. On a brighter note, the breakfast was wonderful, with a good variety and friendly staff.

Not to expensive, applies to the room charges and the bar :)

Suites look a bit oldish

Very please with how Victoria responded to a problem I've encountered when I dropped my son's ID in the parking lot. Which prevented him from entering a game. Victoria found his ID and emailed it to me. I am so grateful for how she went over and beyond to provide excellent customer's service. The remaining staff was friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely stay at this location again.

Although check out was at noon, housekeeping was knocking at the door shortly after 10 am. It made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Been there several times always a 10

We loved how close the hotel was to the beaches and shopping. The complimentary drinks and breakfast made our mornings nice and easy. Definitely made some great memories at the pool and enjoyed the nearby golf courses?

Having to pay for Internet, I would not have booked if I realized it before hand .
